Adam Owczarek is a General Manager of one of Amazon’s Fulfillment Centers located in Poznan, Poland. In his role he manages all aspects of Fulfillment Centers operation being responsible for the team of over 1500 employees.

Adam’s journey with Amazon started over 12 years ago in Luxembourg, where he joined as Business Analyst. Adam quickly grew within the company, worked in four different locations and participated in launches of five different Amazon buildings across CEE. Adam has dual MSc MEng degree from the Technical University of Lodz and lives in Poland with his wife and two daughters.
