He has 11 years of experience in venture capital. He is a Founding Partner of SpeedUp Venture Capital Group.

Bartek has participated in more than 50 VC deals and has led seven exits (to date) from his portfolio (e.g. Zencard, Absolvent, LubimyCzytac and Okazjum).

Bartek is currently focused on leveraging venture capital for the digital transformation of energy and other heavy industries.

Prior to founding SpeedUp, Bartek was an entrepreneur in the marketing industry, co-founding one of Poland’s largest advertising agencies and selling it to NYSE-listed Omnicom.
