For more than a decade he has been associated with the Polish Volleyball Federation, where he is responsible for the area of marketing and sales. He has extensive experience in managing complex processes of organizing sports events. He specializes in budget planning, team management and close cooperation with international volleyball federations – FIVB and CEV. He actively participates in international working groups for the development and implementation of innovations in the organization of major sports events.

Previously, he was associated with Polkomtel for nearly 18 years, where he was responsible, among other things, for sports sponsorship of brands from the Plus group.
