Senior Country Officer for Poland, Head of Investment Banking

He has over 25 years of experience in the investment banking, having advised on number of multibillion transactions in Poland and across the region. He is an expert in mergers & acquisitions, capital markets, debt markets and strategic advisory.

Michal Szwarc was appointed J.P. Morgan’s Head of Poland in September 2011. Prior to that, he worked for 12 years for Credit Suisse, since 2006 as CEO & Head of Credit Suisse Investment Banking in Poland.

Michal studied economics at Warsaw University and Columbia University, New York.
