Engineer, manager, and local government official with experience at the intersection of business, administration, and sport. A graduate of Poznań University of Technology, he has worked in both the private and public sectors for over a decade. He is the co-founder and managing director of BG Integral, a company delivering IT, communications, and consulting projects for institutional and commercial clients.

Since 2018, he has been active in local government in Poznań. As a City Councillor (terms 2018–2023 and from 2024), he focuses on the development of sport, urban space, and infrastructure. He currently chairs the Physical Culture Committee and serves as Vice-Chair of the Civic Coalition Councillors’ Club.

From 2023 to 2024, he served on the board of the Warta Poznań football club, where he was responsible for organizational and infrastructure oversight. He is currently active in the water supply sector, managing a municipal company. Combining technical, managerial, and social competencies, he works effectively for the development of the city and local communities.

He is also the regional chairman of Nowoczesna in Wielkopolska. Privately, he is an animal lover.
