Kamila is responsible for the cashless payment acceptance development division, business development and relations with retailers, clearing agents, local governments and public administration.

Kamila supports clearing agents in expanding Mastercard payment acceptance to new industries through targeted innovative solutions, improves the offer of stores and retailers to their customers through Mastercard services, and acts as a trusted strategic partner and solution provider to the public sector.

Kamila has extensive experience in implementing transit solutions in Polish cities with billing agents, transport operators and public transportation companies.

Kamila joined the company in 2000 and has since worked in the areas of technology, customer relationship management, banking and product development. She was responsible for business development in most of the banks operating in Poland. She was also instrumental in the launch of Mastercard premium cards and the World Mastercard Rewards loyalty program.

Prior to joining Mastercard, Kamila worked in the banking sector in Poland in the divisions of retail banking, payment cards, electronic banking and foreign operations.

Kamila is active in supporting women in business, including participating as a leader in the global Mastercard Women Leadership Network program.
