She is a legendary American teacher and mother of three successful daughters. She gained notoriety for her proprietary, innovative journalism curriculum implemented by her at Palo Alto High School. Over the years, Esther Wojcicki has received numerous awards for her contributions to the field of teaching, and Palo Alto University awarded her an honorary doctorate. She has repeatedly spoken at TEDx conferences, spreading the word about a tool for working with children and young people that she called the TRICK model.
