He gained his over a decade-long experience mainly in the banking, communication, and human resources advisory sectors. Since 2018, he has been associated with the Polish Economic Institute, where he was responsible for the areas of communication and the labor market.

Previously, he was a member of the Labor Market Council operating under the Ministry of Family, Labor, and Social Policy, and since 2015, as the Director of the Analysis and Communication Team, he was responsible for developing periodic market reports on migration processes and key trends in the labor market for a leading HR company in Central and Eastern Europe.

Since 2020, he has served as the Deputy Director for Research and Analysis at the Polish Economic Institute. He is a graduate of the Institute of Sociology at the University of Warsaw and holds an MBA from the Institute of Economic Sciences of the Polish Academy of Sciences.
