Deputy director of the Polish Economic Institute

Manager with more than 15 years of experience in project management and consulting based on data analysis. He combines analytical, research and communication consulting specialties. He is a graduate of the University of Warsaw, Faculty of Sociology, and an MBA from the Polish Academy of Sciences, Institute of Economics.

He gained professional experience working for a number of private entities, mainly from the banking, financial and HR sectors, where he worked with a diverse group of stakeholders: from supervisory boards and management boards, to market regulators and public institutions.

Since December 2018, he has been associated with the Polish Economic Institute, initially as head of the communications team and labor market expert, and later as deputy director for research and analysis.

On the recommendation of employers’ organizations, he was also a member of the Labor Market Council at the Ministry of Family, Labor and Social Policy. He is the author of scientific publications and reports on the analysis of labor market trends and migration processes.
